The Home Inspection Institute has trained over 3,000 home inspectors nationwide. In just 40 hours, get the knowledge and skills necessary to open your own home inspection business. Tony Brueneman returns to Stark State to guide you through tools, techniques, ethics, necessary information about residential construction and mechanical systems, report writing, legal liability and contracts, marketing and business start-ups, and much more. You will participate in three on-site home inspections. Text, materials and a certificate from the Home Inspection Institute Cincinnati, Ohio are included in the course fee.
