Stark State College Alumni Hall of Fame - 2010 NOMINATION FORM

Each year at commencement the Alumni Hall of Fame inducts a graduate(s) based on his/her professional and personal achievements and service to the community. The Alumni Advisory Council is seeking your nominations for the 2010 Alumni Hall of Fame. Eligible nominees should have:
  • earned the respect and trust of his/her associates in his/her chosen field
  • made substantial contributions to the good of his/her fellow human beings or be recognized as an outstanding practitioner of his/her profession or vocation
  • served as a motivational force for others in a positive manner

Please complete the form below to nominate a Stark State graduate for the Alumni Hall of Fame. The Alumni Advisory Council has asked that you submit this form no later than Monday, April 5, 2010 so they may complete the selection process. The recipient will be recognized at the May 16, 2010 graduation ceremony.
