One-year American Sign Language Certificate
Stark State College offers an American Sign Language (ASL) certificate designed for individuals who want to learn about persons who are deaf and their unique culture and community. This one-year certificate program provides a general overview of the deaf community and will enhance your knowledge of American Sign Language. The ASL certificate will not qualify you to be licensed practitioner. Students must complete ASL courses with a grade of “C” or better.
