Eligibility requirements

To apply for our LPN to RN bridge program, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved nursing school
  • Hold a current, unrestricted Ohio LPN license
  • All applicants are required to take the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) to ensure readiness for the program.

Important information

If you are currently participating in the Ohio Board of Nursing Alternative Program, you must inform the department chair before submitting your application to the nursing program.
