The Stark State College Rolling Thunder Ohio 2 Veteran Scholarship Endowment provides financial assistance for Veterans who attend Stark State College and have received an honorable discharge from any Branch of the Military, still enlisted, and/or still currently serving with a preference for one year of oversea deployment.
