Traveling outside the US?

Are you traveling outside of the United States? In order to access any Stark State account from outside of the United States you must contact the Help Desk before you leave. Create a Help Desk ticket with the following information

  1. Your SSC email address.
  2. Define your business needs and desired usage (include what course you are taking or teaching)?
  3. Provide start date and end date of travel.
  4. Provide travel destination(s). If multiple countries will be visited, please describe which days you will be located in each country.

Once the ticket is submitted it will be assigned to the College’s Information Security Administration team. The information will be reviewed and access will be granted on an individual basis.
