Kimberly J. Santoro inducted into Stark State College Alumni Hall of Fame

Kim Santoro(North Canton, OH – May 28, 2021) – Kimberly Santoro, director of communications and finance at Stark Education Partnership, has been inducted into Stark State College’s Alumni Hall of Fame.

Santoro graduated from Stark State in 1993 with an associate degree in small business computer systems and a certificate in bookkeeping. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and marketing from Malone University in 2008.

While at Stark State, she was a student worker in the College bookstore, then went on to positions as an administrative assistant with the Canton Invaders and assistant warehouse manager with Peoples Services. She has been with Stark Education Partnership since 1994.

Both creatively and mathematically talented, Santoro designs newsletters, publications, evaluations, white papers, brochures, ads, flyers, infographics and more. She also maintains the organization’s website and social media accounts. In addition to providing operational and technical computer assistance to coworkers, she manages the organization’s financial accounts, grants reconciliation, budget administration and payroll oversight. Santoro is described as a leader from behind the scenes who is a reliable and strong team player and collaborator. She genuinely cares for those she serves – coworkers, community members and the organization.

She also has volunteered with United Way, Faith Kitchen Food Pantry, Faith Family Church, Friends of the Stark County Dog Pound and Haven of Rest.
