The process is easy
- Work with the Stark State workforce development team to outline your partnership parameters. This includes identifying academic program areas, target participant counts, costs, funding sources and more.
- Promote the opportunity to your employees – and possibly potential new hires.
- Enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Stark State.
- Select your internal employee applicants and/or screen external applicants for new-hire opportunities.
- Provide Earn and Learn participants with personalized support by connecting them directly with Stark State’s admissions contact for one-on-one guidance.
- Offer mentorship and support to your employees during their educational experience.
